St Peters Court is a £13m mixed use development in Bristol’s Bedminster area. It houses 86 apartments, a health centre, offices, library, art gallery and an old police station converted into a restaurant. The company is particularly proud of what has been achieved with this development. It has resulted in partnering relationships with English Heritage, Affordable Housing, Bristol City Council. The library services allowed us to move their facility in to the new build to provide them with a purpose built space with modern library resources.
Benefits to the community have been focussed on – not only by the provision of a modern health centre and library, but also with the cultural slant that a new public art gallery provides. St Peter’s Court was officially opened by HRH the Princess Royal on 26th April 2007. The building won a Civic Award in 2006 for “enhancing the Bristol environment.”
