About Us
The PG Group is based in Bristol and consists of three companies. PG
Properties Limited (established 1998) is the holding company and also
maintains and manages a range of investment properties.
The two Director/Shareholders are Gregory Grant and Fiona Bradley with
Ian Walker recently appointed as Managing Director. Subsidiary
companies PG Enterprises Ltd and PG Developments (South West) Ltd cover
development and construction projects respectively.
The philosophy of the Group is built upon providing a high quality
service and product, which satisfies not only the client's requirements
but enhances the environment and benefits the wider community. The
buildings produced are a testament to the Group's aims and ambitions.
We operate in a friendly but hard working and highly professional work
environment where company employees may be involved in all aspects of
the business. Staff are encouraged to take a positive and flexible
approach to the work in hand and are expected to utilise their entire
range of talents in helping to bring to fruition the various company
projects undertaken.
The team currently operates from attractive new offices within a
mixed-use residential/office conversion of a former Anglican Church,
located less than 1 mile from the city centre, on a main arterial route.
The scheme was undertaken by PG Developments and was completed on time
and in budget in July 2002.
Central to the vision of the Directors has been the establishment of a
registered Charity, the Grant Bradley Charitable Trust (Registered Charity No. 1093331).
The Charity’s aims are to promote Christianity, provide housing for the
elderly and relief for the poor throughout the world. The majority of
the profits from projects undertaken by the Group are donated to the
Trust.
As trustees our project strategies incorporate a focus on providing
facilities which will enhance the environment and lead to more
sustainable communities, whilst still achieving the Objects and Aims of
The Trust. We believe that improving peoples’ quality of life and
maintaining the Environment for future generations are compatible goals
and may be combined effectively and successfully through thoughtful
planning and design.
